• Current Processing Times: 3-4 weeks. While most custom orders are shipped within 2 weeks, we have received an influx of orders over the past week and request additional time for processing. We are a small family-owned business and we honor quality over speed.  
• Earrings are wooden and are printed on both sides. 
  
• We recommend using HD photos. WE PRINT WHAT YOU UPLOAD!
• By placing your order, you confirm that you have commercial rights to use any image submitted for printing.

• Can I upload multiple pictures?
• Yes. The preview is exactly what we will print for you. 
• Does each earring have to be the same?
• No. You can create mixup earrings (two different designs). However, there is an additional $2 charge for this service as it requires an additional setup for our machines to run one single earring. 
  
• Will I see the background color?
• The preview is exactly what we will print for you. Background colors are best for .png or .svg art with transparent backgrounds
• Can I expedite processing times? 
• No. We are a small family-owned business and honor quality over speed. We want to ensure each of our customers has an exceptional customer experience and do not offer expedited processing at this time.
